Refund & Cancellation Policy

At UNIQUE DESTINATION TRAVEL ΜΟΝΟΠΡΟΣΩΠΗ Ι.Κ.Ε. (a Greek Single-Member Private Company incorporated under the laws of Greece), we aim to provide a fair and transparent cancellation and refund policy for all our customers.
Please read the following policy carefully before making your booking.
Cancellation by the Customer
If you need to cancel your booking, you must notify us in writing by email as soon as possible.
The cancellation date will be considered the date on which we receive your written cancellation request.
Unless otherwise stated for a specific product, promotion or special offer, the following cancellation policy applies:
- More than 10 days before departure: Full refund.
- 5 to 9 days before departure: 50% refund.
- 4 days or less before departure: No refund.
- No Show: No refund.
No Show Policy
Passengers are responsible for arriving at the confirmed pickup location or departure point on time.
Passengers who fail to arrive on time, miss their scheduled pickup or fail to board the vessel due to reasons within their control will be considered a No Show.
Bookings classified as a No Show are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another date.
Cancellation by the Company
If your cruise is cancelled by the Company or the operating cruise provider before departure due to adverse weather conditions, Port Authority restrictions, operational requirements or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control, you will be offered one of the following options:
- A full refund.
- An alternative travel date, subject to availability.
The choice between the available options remains with the Customer.
Cruise Itinerary Changes
Minor operational changes, including adjustments to departure times, arrival times, onboard services or the order of island visits, do not constitute a cancellation and do not entitle passengers to a refund provided that the cruise operates.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed using the original payment method whenever possible.
The time required for the funds to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider and is outside our control.
