Agistri Island

Agistri is a small Greek island located in the Saronic Gulf, approximately 55 km (34 miles) southwest of Athens and just a short distance from Aegina. Covering an area of about 13 square kilometres, it is one of the smallest inhabited islands in the region.

I had originally started looking at ferry times to organise something similar ourselves, then realised how much time and money it would take. Booking one cruise was far simpler. Time well spent

If you are in Athens during summer and want one day that feels completely different from the city, this is a strong option. The sea views alone were worth it for us, and the Metopi stop made it more than just transportation between islands. Food and drinks being part of the ticket also kept the day simple.
